Our Mission

Living life without limitations involves more than simply delivering an orthosis or a prosthesis.  It requires a comprehensive approach to care and education.

We empower our patients by providing them with the information, tools, and services necessary to achieve this goal.  We assist physicians, health care professionals and their patients understand how a proper fitting and functioning orthosis and prosthesis can bring positive results to a patient's life. 
 
 

Overview

Your initial consultation is free of charge. However, we require the following form to be completed before your evaluation. If it turns out you do need a service or device, completion of this form in advance will help us get your reimbursement more swiftly. You may always call with questions.
